The Google Reader team have issued an update. The main new feature is a drop-down that gives you quick access to all of your labels, but the keyboard access to the same feature is a cooler: a dark gray overlay that appears when you hit g, then l.
Other features:
Hover over cropped titles to read the whole thing in a tooltip
"Keep Unread" checkbox fixed in IE
Don't reset the window scroll position for some keyboard shortcuts (like scan down/up).
Improved sorting and filtering in the subscriptions drawer.
Better error messages for empty and not found feeds.
